New product introduction plays a central role within the entire scope of our service offerings, the lynchpin to an effective, sustainable product fulfilment strategy.
From the outset a dedicated project manager will be assigned to each Customer and will head up the NPI team.
Our NPI team supports Customers with PCB layout, documentation verification, material management, prototyping, test strategy and pilot / pre-production builds.
With many years experience in manufacture, our Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) review process is second to none in providing the Customer with valuable feedback and improvement suggestions on your projects, in line with our philosophy of “the right product at the right price at the right time”.
The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools used by the NPI team act to minimise risk and ensure the product is built to the desired Customer specification. Looking at every facet of the product from a production, test and quality point of view, results in the selection of the most efficient manufacturing processes. This ensures that the final product is right first time, is reliable and is delivered on schedule to the target cost.
