Located within the Redditch based UK-NSI factory, our moulding department is equipped with 11 state of the art injection moulding machines, capable of handling a wide range of precision plastic moulded components. Our facility integrates robotic automation, real-time monitoring, and strict quality control measures to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and repeatability.
The Nippon Seiki global group have a long standing partnership with Sumitomo Demag where we utilise their latest moulding technology and machines paired with Yushin and Sepro robots, for automated handling, part removal, and quality verification. Our equipment is optimised for high volume, complex component manufacturing, with hot runner and tool temperature control systems ensuring material integrity.
